Riviera Azure is a residential development by Azizi Developments and part of the large-scale Azizi Riviera project, located in the Meydan area of MBR City. The complex is designed in a modern architectural style with floor-to-ceiling glazing and vertical landscaping, inspired by the dynamic movement of the lagoon’s waters.
The building consists of a ground floor, eight residential floors, and a roof. The project offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive penthouses with spacious terraces. All residences feature thoughtfully designed layouts, contemporary interiors, and large windows with views of the lagoon, Dubai’s skyline, and surrounding greenery.
Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities: an infinity pool with cabanas and relaxation areas, a fitness center with panoramic views, a spa zone, children’s playrooms, a cinema, lounge areas, barbecue spaces, landscaped gardens, as well as premium services including laundry and a car wash.
The development boasts excellent connectivity: The Meydan Hotel — 2 minutes, Meydan One Mall and Meydan One Tower — 3 minutes, SZR, Al Khail Road, MBZ Road — 10 minutes, Downtown Dubai — 10 minutes, DIFC and Business Bay — 10 minutes, Dubai Festival City and IKEA — 10 minutes, Jumeirah Beach — 12 minutes, Dubai International Airport (DXB) — 15 minutes, Global Village — 15 minutes, Palm Jumeirah — 22 minutes.
