Brabus Island Chapter Two - The Villas

Brabus Island Chapter Two - The Villas is an ultra-luxurious complex presented by Reportage Properties and developed by Cosmo Developments. Located on Brabus Island in Abu Dhabi, the project includes 92 residential units of various types: Beach Villas and Twin Villas - with 5 bedrooms, Lake Villas - with 4 bedrooms, townhouses - with 3 bedrooms, penthouses - with 3-4 bedrooms, and VIP Villas. Each villa can be fully customized using a modular approach to interior design and three color schemes - Black and Bold, White Bliss, and Grey Haven. Each villa represents a bold architectural statement, where minimalist silhouettes blend with the progressive, result-oriented BRABUS style. The interiors are designed in a contemporary style using quality materials. Every villa features a private pool, balconies/terraces, a green backyard, and covered private parking. Residents benefit from a large pavilion with shops, adult and kids’ pools, a gym, a private beach for island residents, a marina for yachts and boats, and shaded recreation areas in the landscaped design. The complex is conveniently located a 5-minute drive from Al Raha Beach. Masdar City and Abu Dhabi International Airport are 10 minutes away, Khalifa City and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque are 15 minutes away, Yas Island and Etihad Arena are 18 minutes away, Ferrari World Yas Island is 20 minutes away, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi are a 25-minute drive away.
