Aurea is a project by Emaar Properties located in Mina Rashid, featuring a ground floor, a podium, 13 residential floors and a roof. The complex offers residences with 1 to 3 bedrooms, designed for comfortable coastal living.
The architecture of the building is executed in a contemporary style. Clean lines, glass facades, and spacious terraces create harmony with the maritime surroundings, while the shape of the complex creates a dynamic silhouette against the waterfront.
The interiors of the apartments are designed in natural tones and finished with modern materials, filling the spaces with light and creating a cozy atmosphere.
Residents will have access to a variety of amenities, including an infinity pool overlooking the marina, outdoor yoga and fitness areas, state-of-the-art gyms, a padel court, children’s playgrounds, multifunctional halls and BBQ lounges.
Aurea boasts a prime location. It takes 15 minutes to reach Al Shindagha Heritage District, 20 minutes to Dubai International Airport, 25 minutes to Downtown Dubai, and 30 minutes to Dubai Marina.
