VAL by Kasco is a luxury residential development developed by KASCO Developments from Evolutions Agency and located in the cultural district of Al Jaddaf, Dubai.
The architecture of this waterfront project is designed in a triangular shape, providing the best views of the water and the city. The development features contemporary design, spacious layouts, and premium finishes, comprising a basement, ground floor, three podium levels, and 13 residential floors with 143 apartments. There are 11 flats on each floor: five studios, four one-bedrooms and two two-bedrooms. Expansive, open-plan layouts are flooded with natural light, accentuating the glassy finishes and aqua-hued touches that infuse each home with a subtle, refreshing elegance.
The complex has a communal and children's swimming pool, gym, sauna and landscaped gardens.
Located in Al Jaddaf, the development allows residents to commute to Dubai city centre and Dubai Marina via major motorways within minutes. Creek Park, Downtown Dubai, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and Business Bay can be reached in 10 minutes, while Jmeirah Beach is a 20-minute drive away. VAL by Kasco is close to shopping centres, schools and medical facilities.
