Elara is Meraas' latest phase of the ambitious Madinat Jumeirah Living project. The development consists of three buildings, all of them have a basement and a ground level with a roof, while Building A and Building B have nine residential floors and Building C has ten residential floors. The complex offers a selection of exquisite 1-3 bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses that epitomize elegance, comfort and modern living. The interior design of the Elara apartments has been carefully considered to provide residents with a stylish and sophisticated living experience in the heart of Dubai. Each of the apartments is carefully planned with a blend of contemporary design and classic charm. Large windows let sunlight into the living spaces, built to maximize natural light. Elara provides individual terraces or balconies.
